Green thumb: pothos, recycled jars and pots

This is a very quick and cheap DIY, ideal for last minute presents for friends with a green thumb. I had removed the final parts of a plant of pothos and left them for a couple of weeks in a jar full of water. And there you go, some strong new roots cameĀ out a couple of weeks later.

I only bought some 1-euro stickers by Tiger and rescued up-cycled materials I had at home: juice jars, plastic pots, some shells from my last trip to Brazil, some natural raffia and a clothes tag.
That’s the final result, just 10 minutes later.

Pothos can be cut and kept in water for the roots to grow anytime of the year.
